Booking

Search for lodging by entering your destination hospital or medical center, select your dates, and browse available properties. Once you find a property that fits your needs, click "Book Now" to reserve it. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details for your stay.

We understand medical plans can change unexpectedly. Most HealthHaven properties offer flexible cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Some properties may have different policies, which are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. Medical-emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis with full consideration for your circumstances.

Yes. During the booking process, you can specify the guest's name and contact information. This is common for family members or hospital coordinators arranging lodging for patients. The guest will receive their own check-in instructions and confirmation details.

Start by creating a partner account and submitting your property details through our listing portal. You will provide photos, amenities, pricing, and proximity to nearby medical centers. Our team reviews each submission to ensure it meets our recovery-friendly standards before it goes live.

Properties must be located within a reasonable distance of a hospital or medical center, meet basic safety and cleanliness standards, and offer amenities suitable for recovery-adjacent stays. Payouts are processed automatically after each guest check-out. Funds are transferred to your linked bank account within 3 to 5 business days. You can view your earnings, pending payouts, and transaction history in your partner dashboard at any time.

Every property undergoes a review process that includes photo verification, a virtual or in-person walkthrough, and confirmation of proximity to medical facilities. We also monitor guest reviews to maintain quality. Properties that consistently fall below our standards are contacted for improvement or removed from the platform.
